How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Choose three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet slip.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, consider these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
