Since its creation in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most broadly played digit games accross the cuntry. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
