How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied in all outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used play slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).
