3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular digit lotteries in the country. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds official Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws usually takes place during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
