3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular digit lotteries accross the cuntry. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

New PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed in all outlets nationwide.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use alcohols or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the playing card to the teller.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
