How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.

You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
