Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the cashier.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
