How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
