How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
