How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
