3D Lotto, also known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed payout games offered by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Choose a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to follow the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be observed in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

PCSO announces its live draws through PTV4 and its Facebook and Youtube accounts. Players can also get the 3D results at Philippinepcsolotto.com and the Youtube channel PCSO Lotto Results Today.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the teller.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?
If you are one of the lucky winners of 3D Lotto today, we advise that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
