How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to know if you got the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
