Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed-prize games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Live Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Protocols to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Act.
