3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular fixed payout games accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. In such occasions, PCSO makes a prior public announcement.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the major lotto games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Pick a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet slip.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the cashier.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, remember these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
