How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO most of the time suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
