Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
When are 3D Lotto draws held?
PCSO is airing 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
