Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly suspended.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Is Swertres Lotto the same as 3D Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
