Since its creation in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most widely played digit lotteries in the Philippines. PCSO has pegged the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the five parimutuel games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied in all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
