3D Lotto (previously called as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed-prize lotteries of the PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the betting public since its creation in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws normally happens during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
