How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
