How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
