Since its introduction in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most extensively played fixed-prize lotteries in the country. PCSO has fixed the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts official Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally canceled.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the five parimutuel lotto games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied in all outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet slip to the cashier.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
