How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
