3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was launched in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed-prize games in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally occurs during major national holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet card to the cashier.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
