How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional Protocols to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used playing card and old tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
