Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed-prize lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds official Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws normally happens during major national holidays.
PCSO likewise conducts draws for each of the jackpot-bearing lotto games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its players win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play slip to the teller.

How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the lucky winners of 3D Lotto today, we advise that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
