3D Lotto (previously called as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed-prize lotteries operated by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the public since its launch in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
