How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important PCSO Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
