How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning tickets into the trash bin.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet slip to the teller.

Latest Updates and Press Statements from PCSO
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
