3D Lotto, previously called as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries offered by PCSO since its launching in 2002. How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).
