Since its inception in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most widely played fixed payout games accross the cuntry. PCSO has fixed the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior public announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you choose a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 3-3-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
