Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds official Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws usually takes place during major national holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
