How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and old lotto tickets into the garbage can.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the cashier.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
