How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to follow the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the teller.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Where do I go to claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we recommend that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
