How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the terminal to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to see if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, take note of these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
