How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
