3D Lotto, previously called as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed-prize games facilitated by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Choose a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
