3D Lotto, also known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular digit games facilitated by PCSO since its launching in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Important PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What are my chances of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
