How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
- Access the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 1,500.
