How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Put away your used play card and old tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.

What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
