How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
