How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Health and Safety Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the outlet.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the day.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet slip to the cashier.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, consider these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
