Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your printed 3D ticket.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, take note of these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
