Since its introduction in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most widely played digit lotteries accross the Philippines. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here right after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
