3D Lotto, previously called as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular digit games conducted by PCSO since its launching in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed in all outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
