How to Play 3D Lotto

To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:

  1. Choose three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly pick the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
  4. Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Give your bet card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. View the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.

3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number

New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
  3. Bring your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old tickets in the trash bins.

3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.

In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.

If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.

If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?

PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
