Since its introduction in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most broadly played fixed payout lotteries in the Philippines. PCSO has set the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Important Protocols to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the teller.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
