How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What are my chances of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the chances of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
