3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular fixed payout games accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
