How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
